Piece of Cake is a small English-teaching service run by Nancy and Daniel. This page explains what happens to the information you share with us.

What we collect

Only what you type into our consultation form:

• Your name
• Country and city (optional)
• Your English level and main goal
• How you heard about us
• Your preferred contact method and contact detail (email, phone, or messaging handle)

Beyond the form above, the only data we collect is anonymous analytics — and only if you allow it (see below).

Why we collect it

Purely to reply to you and arrange your lessons or free consultation. Nothing else.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site — for example, which video platform sent you here and which pages are popular. It loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; choose “Decline” and no analytics cookies are ever set. Your IP address is anonymised, and we never sell or share this data. How it's handled

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through the form service FormSubmit. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with any third party for marketing.

Keeping and removing it

We keep your message as long as needed to help you. Want your details removed? Email us and we'll delete them.
